Engine Rebuilds

Shipping and Pickup

Remanufactured Cylinder Heads
Cylinder heads are critical for proper sealing, airflow, and combustion. Even minor warping or hairline cracks can lead to coolant leaks, oil contamination, and combustion inefficiency. At Jabcar, our remanufacturing process restores heads to as-new condition through a series of exacting steps. First, each head is fully disassembled and placed in an ultrasonic bath to remove carbon deposits, oil residue, and corrosion. We then perform magnaflux crack inspection and visual checks to ensure structural integrity. Precision machining follows, where the deck surface is milled flat to within two thousandths of an inch, valve guides are reamed and honed to manufacturer tolerances, and valve seats are cut and lapped for perfect concentric sealing. We install new OEM-spec intake and exhaust valves, hardened seats if required for high-octane or forced-induction applications, and replace all seals, springs, and retainers.

All remanufactured heads carry a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty, and your core-deposit is fully refunded upon 60-day return of a rebuildable head.
